PERCEIVED STRESS SCALE (PSS) This is the most widely used self assessment for stress scale to measure the amount of perceived stress one is experiencing. It is interesting and helpful to note that this scale measures ‘perceived’ stress levels rather than some concrete measure of actual stress.
